v If you want to return the product for any reason, contact us at e-mail address info@DIYcleaning.com or telephone number (314) 544-4279 within 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise to obtain your return authorization number. We will be glad to credit the credit card used to process the order the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling (“the credit”). There is no re-stocking fee!
v All returns must include: (1) The item purchased, unused and in original packaging; (2) the original packing list (or copy of the same); (3) a written explanation stating the reason for the return; (4) a daytime phone number or email address where you can be contacted; and (5) the return authorization number (can be obtained by email at info@DIYcleaning.com or telephone number (314)544-4279).
v If we receive all of the above, your credit card will receive the credit within 7 business days of our receipt. If the product(s) is not in new condition including original packaging and paperwork or does not meet the return conditions we may be unable to issue you a credit and we will contact you.
v Missing or damaged merchandise: If your order arrives and is damaged, please keep the shipping carton and contact us immediately (within the first 10 days of receipt) so that we may assist with the processing of the claim with UPS (you can also refuse delivery and note the damage with the UPS carrier delivery record). If the merchandise is damaged or there is DIYcleaning.com error and you would like to return the merchandise, please follow the above No Hassle Return Policy and contact us within 15 days of your receipt of merchandise. We will, upon receipt and examination of the merchandise, determine if there was a defect or error and if so will also refund your UPS ground shipping costs.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payment. We process the credit card payment at the time you submit your order. Our site uses Verisign® as a payment gateway and ShopSite/Geotrust for security services. Our site is equipped with a secure server for handling credit card orders. To provide security, your billing address that you provide to us must match your cardholder billing address even if you choose a separate shipping address. In addition, you must complete the CVV2 portion of the credit card processing. CVV2 stands for “Card Verification Value” and it is a 3 or 4 digit number that is printed on the back of Visa and MasterCard usually in the signature box.
Please note that when you order products and services from DIYcleaning.com, we will use a credit verification company, which may include a merchant processor and a gateway, to validate the credit card and other information you provide before we can fill your order. This is a safeguard that is designed to permit us to verify that you are the rightful owner of the card.

Order Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge all orders by email.
Order Shipment: You will receive an email from UPS and DIYcleaning.com the day your order ships. The email will provide you with an estimated time of delivery, a UPS tracking number and a link to UPS’s website for you to track your order.
Cancel An Order: Change your mind about an order? Then cancel it before it is set for shipment. Contact us with the order number, your name, address and email address, and the item to be cancelled. We will email an acknowledgement confirming we have successfully canceled the order and we will credit the credit card that was used to process the order. We are sorry that we will not be able to cancel the order after it is set for shipment, however you can still use our No Hassle Return Policy.
Back Order/Out of Stock: Due to our close working relationship with our vendors, we are able to maintain an exceptional level of stock; however, all of our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email. If an item needs to be cancelled from your order you will receive a credit for the item on your credit card used to process the order.
An Item Is Missing: You may receive more than one carton when you place an order with multiple items. Please keep in mind that UPS may not deliver all cartons the same day. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
My Order Didn’t Arrive: Orders shipped through our shipping options can be tracked on our shipping carriers’ web site. You will be provided the tracking number in an email from UPS and DIYcleaning.com once the order is shipped. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
v DIYcleaning.com’s primary shipping service is United Parcel Service (UPS). We also offer upgrades to UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air service during order processing. Most orders arrive in 2 to 7 business days from shipment date. UPS does not currently ship to post office boxes. We currently ship to addresses in the forty-eight contiguous

. We do not sell or ship to international locations. Our shipping charges include shipping and handling.

If DIYcleaning.com receives a valid counter notification, it shall provide the complainant with a copy of the counter notification, inform the complainant that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days from receipt of the counter notification, provided that DIYcleaning.com has not received notice from the complainant that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on DIYcleaning.com's system.
You should be aware that the DMCA provides substantial penalties for a false counter notice filed in response to a notice of copyright infringement.
